Terms & Conditions

Cancellations & Refunds

• If a class is canceled due to not meeting the minimum required numbers, a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be given for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
• In the event of a class being canceled due to typical bad weather, EC Coaching will offer a make-up session or provide a refund.
• Cancellations made by participants will only be refunded if canceled at least 48 hours before the session date.

Liability

• E.C_Coaching and its staff are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the class.

Behaviour & Conduct

• E.C_Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from the program, without a refund, if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behavior.

Medical Conditions & Illness

• All medical conditions must be declared during registration. Any updates to a child’s medical condition must be communicated to us via email at info@eccoaching.co.uk.
• If your child has experienced any illness within 48 hours of a session, please refrain from bringing them to class to ensure the health and safety of all participants.

Photography & Marketing

• If you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes, you must inform us during registration and update us if this preference changes via email or phone.
